The BLADE Outboards Retailer Portal is an exclusive platform for authorized retail partners, allowing them to place orders, track shipments, and manage their retailer account. Access is restricted to approved businesses. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to sign up and log in.
1. Retailer Portal Access & Sign-Up
Step 1: Submit Your Retailer Application
Before signing up for the Retailer Portal, you must first be an approved BLADE Outboards retailer. If you have not yet applied, please contact retailers@bladeoutboards.com to begin the process.
Step 2: Register for the Retailer Portal
Once approved, visit retailers.bladeoutboards.com and complete the sign-up form. You will need to enter the following details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Business Email Address (must match your retailer application)
- Username
- Password (must meet security requirements)
- Verify Email (confirmation link sent to your email)
- Verify Google Authenticator (or other 2FA method)
Step 3: Approval Process
After submitting your registration, your request will be reviewed. Approval typically takes 4 to 48 hours.
- You will receive an approval email with a link to activate your account once your request is approved.
- If additional verification is required, our team will reach out.
2. Logging In to the Retailer Portal
Once approved, you can log in at retailers.bladeoutboards.com using your username and password. You will also need to complete two-factor authentication (2FA) using Google Authenticator or another enabled method.
3. Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password:
- Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link.
- Follow the link to create a new password and regain access.
If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact retailers@bladeoutboards.com for assistance.
Resetting the 2FA requires a support ticket to our system for manual identity verification.
