BLADE Outboards provides an online verification system to confirm the authenticity of your product and check its warranty coverage. This ensures you are using a genuine BLADE product and helps protect against counterfeit items.



1. How to Verify Your Product & Warranty

To check if your BLADE HALO 6HP Outboard or Battery is authentic and confirm its warranty status, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Locate Your Serial Number

  • Found on the motor housing or battery casing.
  • Also included on your purchase invoice or warranty registration email.

2️⃣ Go to the Official Authentication Page

3️⃣ Enter Your Serial Number

  • Type in the serial number and click Verify.

4️⃣ Review the Results

  • The system will display:
    ✔️ Authenticity Check – Confirms if the product is genuine.
    ✔️ Warranty Status – Shows activation date & coverage period.
    ✔️ Lookup Count – Tracks how many times the serial number has been checked.

2. Understanding Your Results

✔️ Genuine Product + Warranty Active

  • Your product is verified and covered under warranty.

⚠️ Multiple Lookups (More Than 5 Times)

  • If the serial number has been looked up more than 5 times, it may indicate a potential counterfeit. Contact support@bladeoutboards.com immediately.

Serial Number Not Recognized

  • If the system does not recognize your serial number, your product may not be genuine. Double-check the number and contact support@bladeoutboards.com for verification.

3. Warranty Registration

If your product is not yet registered, submit your proof of purchase through the warranty registration form
